Celebrating four decades of Galveston Island Meals on Wheels providing nutritious food and human company to the homebound and elderly of Galveston, a special Gala event was held at the historic Hotel Galvez on April 25, 2014.   A capacity crowd enjoyed good food, good wine, good music, and highlights of the history or our organization. Special thanks to event co-chairs Carole Gard and Norma Alvey, to Executive Director Rev. Ray Pinard, and President Donna Kearney.
